Shipping & Return Policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment

At I Am Clothing, each item is made to order, meaning we start printing as soon as you place an order. This ensures quality and reduces waste, but it also means orders take a little time to be processed before shipping.

  • Order Fulfillment Time:

    • Orders typically take 1-4 business days to be printed, packed, and prepared for shipping.

    • Fulfillment times may vary depending on product availability, demand or peak seasons.

    • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Estimated Shipping Times

We ship from partner facilities in the USA and delivery times depend on your location. Below are estimated delivery times after your order has been fulfilled:

  • United States: 3-7 business days

  • Canada: 7-14 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 10-21 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10-21 business days

  • Rest of the World: 14-28 business days

  • These are estimated times and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as customs processing, local postal delays or peak shipping seasons.

  • If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

  • Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees, which are determined by your country’s customs policies.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated costs before placing an order.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather, customs processing or high demand.

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please wait a few extra days before reaching out.

  • If your tracking number shows that your package has been lost in transit or hasn't moved for an extended period, please contact us at info@iamclothing.co.nz and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address Policy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.

  • If you realize you've entered the wrong address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@iamclothing.co.nz - we may be able to update it if the order hasn’t been processed yet.

Return & Exchange Policy

Since all items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. However, if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@iamclothing.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and any damage or printing errors.

  3. We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

Note: We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please check our size guide before ordering.
